Designed and made in-house at Native Anthro HQ. Created by the owner of Native Anthro and an enrolled member of the Yakama Nation. These are 2 inches wide and made of cherrywood.
Story behind the design: A few years ago I was asked by our tribal council to conduct research that would support our Treaty rights to hunt for buffalo at Yellowstone. The Yakama Nation conducted their first hunt shortly after my research was submitted in support of our access. These are in recognition of our return to those ancestral lands to practice a tradition that was denied for so many years. The lightening is a symbol of power meant to represent the reclaiming of our tribal sovereignty. May it always be an unstoppable force.
