1.  How long will it take to get my shipment?

Your patience is appreciated.  Each item you order is custom made for you.  Orders vary but we are working as hard as we possibly can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  Below are estimated delivery times.

T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hats, Socks, Posters

7-10 days

Umbrellas, Wallets, Bags and Shoes

10-15 days

2.  I have received a tracking number but there is no information available, what's up?

If there is no information available about your delivery, it is okay.  This just means your order hasn't been shipped.  

3.  Is Native Anthro Native-owned?

Yes.  We are 100% Native-owned.  Every product is designed by the owner.  From time to time, we take commissions to help support other Native artists.  

4. Do you sell wholesale?

Yes.  We do provide wholesale prices for vendors.  Vendors are selected carefully.

5. Do you take custom orders?

Only on hats do we provide custom orders.  From time to time, we provide custom orders for Tribal ceremonies.

6.  Do you provide discounts for bulk orders?

From time to time we will provide discounts for bulk orders.  Email requests to nativeanthro@gmail.com

7.  Do you have a return policy?

Yes, we have a return policy, it appears in the footer when checkout.  

8. Do you make bigger sizes of apparel on request?

Yes, will can modify designs to fit your order.  Available upon request.

9.  If I write you a question, how long will it take for you to get back to me?

We usually respond that same day.

10.  What is my spirit animal?

We have no idea.
